I have more than 4 years working experience in the hotel industry, particularly in the front office department. My past position is as a Guest Service Executive with Oasia Novena Hotel, Singapore. For the past 4 years, I have deepened my knowledge in handling customers, providing a prompt service to comply with their needs and requests. A problem solver and strives to mitigate and solve a problem while enjoying being part of an adventurous working environment that emphasizes detailed pre-working planning, strategic collaboration, and critical thinking. I have excellent ability in establishing good relationships with co-workers, interacting with various levels of employees, and performing tasks with minimal supervision.
